- Return claimed within 30 days of the purchase.
- The item is properly tagged and in its original packaging.
- It was not on sale when you purchased it.
How to Return the Item?
To return any item that falls within the criteria mentioned above, you can contact our customer support via email or the contact form. You should clearly describe order details and the item you want in exchange for that particular product. Our team will swiftly respond to the request by providing you with the shipping label.
Once you receive the label, you can drop the package at any carrier location that accepts shipments from our partnered carrier. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
As soon as we receive the package, we will assess it and process the return immediately. We may also process a refund in case the product you are looking for isn’t available.
